The Prague Wax Museum Company opened, as a new venture in 2001, ‘The House of Photography’ at Satlavska Street 141 in Cesky Krumlov. At a cost exceeding 1.5 Million CZK the premises were completely reconstructed and modified to create on two floors an exhibition gallery of great beauty measuring over 400 sq. metres. The House of Photography presents ever changing photographic and art displays between March and the end of the year, with special emphasis on the work of Bohemian Photographers and Artists. The House of Photography Shop specialises in photographic and artistic books and publications and is also where the work of exhibiting Artists and Photographers may be purchased. |
